2. Taking uneven feeding material and material block size into account, lift amount of margin should be larger when selecting bucket elevator. 

3. There is no need that setting a separate foundation in the head casing of bucket elevator. Users may indicate whether you need a maintenance platform according to the real working condition. 

4. If you select bucket elevator type, please provide the following parameters: desired height, material type, particle size, density, temperature, feeding device name, etc. 

5. If it is transported coal ash materials, please make sure that bucket speed should be less than 1.3 m / sec, and the transmission part should make extra design.

Asbestos is composed of fibre bundle, and the fibre bundle consists of fibre which is thin and long and can be separated with each other. The asbestos tape is made of high quality asbestos yarn. It has advantages of fire resistance, electric insulation and heat-resistance. And it can be used for the sealing material of all kinds of equipment.

It is required that the installation of bucket elevator needs good sealing. And asbestos tape is the most commom use material in sealing bucket elevator. It can not only prevent powder leakage, but also reduce the waste rate of material. The right installation position of asbestos tape is that it should be installed at the joint between two flanges. Material were failed to filled hopper: There are four factors affecting the degree of material filled, Is the limit of material surface level, respectively head rotation angle and shape of the hopper, material accumulation. The more limit higher material surface, the better filled with the greater; Slower wheel speed, fill the hopper with the greater; Material accumulation angle increases, it means shaman worse, hopper filled with higher degrees; It’s easier to filled if the hopper mouth is smaller, so the shape of hopper should be inverted triangle, and the lighter hopper is easier to filled than the deeper one. In a word, to filled the hopper, needs the slower wheel rotation speed, the higher hopper mouth, and the shape of hopper should be more reasonable.

Spreading material from lifting: opening the head cover of bucket elevator, and observe the full degree of hopper at the bottom of the fill level in curve hopper, it means the lift sub if the top is less than the bottom. There are three reasons cause of spreading material: the first is the initial tension of the chain is insufficient, hopper reverse due to its own weight. Second is its own vibration, such as the vibration of rotational inertia of the wheel, the chain is not flexible. Vibration will reduce the stacking height of granule material. The solution is as follows: Adjust the initial tension of the chain, bucket elevator rotation to achieve balance; Improved chain joints, balance as far as possible. Increased isolation measures; Reducing mechanical vibration.

 

The bucket elevator enhance reflux: the material cannot be thrown into the discharge tube totally but return the frame. Reflux is the main reason cause of low efficiency of bucket elevator. You can check the bucket elevator machine drum, if it has a noise just like raining, judge the extent of reflux according to the noise. It’s more useful for iron shell bucket elevator. Analysis the reason of reflux: open the head cover and observe the total material trajectory carefully. Where the material thrown high and far, crossing over imports of the feed tube, which means head shell size is too small. Solution is increase the size of head cover.

The Solution to Solve Blockage of Bucket Elevator

If there is blockage, please stop feeding material immediately, if serious ,please stop the machine and check the cause of blockage. Please use a shovel or special tools to clear up the blocked materials instead of hands.

1.If blockage is caused by big lump material entering into the base , please stop machine ,remove big lump materials and plugging materials.

2.If blockage is caused by insufficient tension of bucket belt, please adjust the tension after removing plugging materials. 

3.If blockage is caused by large feed flow rate which exceeds the bucket elevator capacity, please adjust the control valve or use other methods to control the flow rate after removing plugging materials.
4.If blockage is caused by feed before start-up, please remove plugging materials, start up the bucket elevator again and operate in strict accordance with the rules. You can only feed the materials after non-load running is normal.
