How to Select the Suitable Belt for TD Belt Bucket Elevators

Different bucket elevators should match different belts as their traction.This article mainly introduces the suitable belt for TD bucket elevator.

TD belt bucket elevator uses belt as its traction, there are pitches between buckets, normally ,the buckets will be fixed with belt by bolts. Ordinary rubber belt adopts cotton as its core, then molded after being coated with rubber vulcanization,. Usually, the ordinary rubber belt is used for bucket elevator with small lifting height.

Nylon rubber belt adopts nylon canvas as its core,then molded after coated with rubber vulcanization, it is usually used for TD belt bucket elevator with the height that is relatively big.

Steel cord rubber belt is made of steel rope as its core and molded after being coated with rubber vulcanization. The strength of steel cord rubber belt can meet the requirement of high rise and large capacity development . In recent years, the demand of hundred meters’ lifting height and high efficiency bucket elevator is increasing day by day, the steel cord rubber belt bucket elevator would be a good choice.
